摘要
以塔罗科血橙为材料,采用四因素三水平的正交实验设计的叶面肥(钾肥+钙肥+硼肥+锌肥)在转色期间喷施,研究其对果实内在品质的影响.结果表明:喷施叶面肥能够提高果实的可溶性固形物(TSS)、总糖(TS)、维生素C(Vc)、固酸比(TSS/TA),可滴定酸(TA)有增有减.锌肥是影响果实TS的重要因素,随着锌肥浓度的增加,果实TSS、TA、TS、Vc、TSS/TA增加;随着钙肥浓度的增加,果实TSS、TS、TSS/TA基本呈下降趋势,果实TA基本呈上升趋势;在转色期喷施由钾肥、钙肥、硼肥、锌肥组成的A1B1C1D1、A2B1C2D3、A3B2C1D33个浓度的叶面肥能够明显改善果实内在品质.
In an orthogonal experiment with 4 factors (potassium, calcium, boron and zinc) and 3 levels (L9 34), Taroceo blood orange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck. ) trees were foliar sprayed with fertilizers at the color changing phase of the fruit to study the effeets of foliar fertilizer application on its interior quali- ty. The results showed that total soluble solids (TSS), total sugars (TS), vitamin C (Vc) and the total soluble solids/titratable acids (TSS/TA) ratio increased by foliar fertilizer spray, but titratable acids (TA) increased in some treatments and decreased in others. Zinc fertilizer was an important factor for TS. TSS, TS, Vc and TSS/TA ratio increased with increasing zinc fertilizer concentration. TSS, TS and TSS/ TA showed a downward trend, and TA showed an upward trend with increasing Ca fertilizer eoncentra- tion. Fruit interior quality was A1 B, C, D,, A2 B1 C2 D3 and A3 B2 C1 significantly improved by foliar Do nt the color changing phase of the fruit.
