摘要
承接沿海产业转移是当前处在"中部崛起"战略大背景下的中部地区实现产业增长和经济发展的重要途径。但如果只是简单地按照梯度转移理论进行产业转移,将有可能会导致中部地区与沿海发达地区之间的经济差距进一步扩大,因此有必要对反梯度理论进行相应的研究。文章对反梯度转移相关理论及适用条件进行了详细分析;计算编制了中部六省改进的产业梯度系数表,确定了中部各省的优势行业;按照优势互补、资源共享的原则,针对中部地区产业的具体情况,制定出承接产业反梯度转移的引导政策。
Under ＂ the rise of the central region＂ strategy, undertaking coastal industrial transfer is an important way for central regions to realize industrial growth and economic development. However, simply transferred in accordance with the traditional industrial gradient shift theory, the economic gap between the central regions and the developed coastal region may be widened. Therefore, it is necessary to study the anti-gradient theory. This paper first analyses the related theories of gradient transfer and its application conditions. Then it calculates and prepares the improved industrial gradient coefficient table of the six central provinces and determines the advantage industries of these provinces. Finally, in the light of the principle of sharing resources and complementing advantages in central regions, some related policies are put forward.
