摘要
用地分类是实现规划目标的工具和手段。本文从应对规划多重目标和政策内涵视角,分析英国、日本和堪培拉等国家和地区的规划用地分类体系的构成形式和运行特征,讨论其对我国用地分类体系建设的启示。
The land use classification is a significant tool of urban planning. With a perspective of multiple-objective control, the forms and application of the classification systems in the UK, Japan and Canberra （Australia） are analyzed in this paper. The study in this paper is enlightening for the land use classification system in China.
