摘要
根据中医古代文献及现代医学理论,认为湿热蕴肠、气滞血瘀、血败肉腐成疡是溃疡性结肠炎活动期的基本病机;清肠化湿、调气活血、祛腐生肌敛疡为基本治法;同时本病五脏相关,诸邪相兼,须随证加减,整体调治。
According to the ancient traditional Chinese medical books and modern medical theory,the basic pathogenesis of the active stage of ulcerative colitis is that qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by dampness-heat retaining in colon causes leads to blood and meat putridity,and which results in the ulcer finally.The basic therapeutic methods are clearing heat and resolve dampness from the colon,regulating qi and blood circulation,dispelling putridity and promoting tissue regeneration to heal the ulcer.In addition,this disease is related to five zang-organs and different pathogenic factors,so the formula should be modified according to the syndrome pattern,and the wholism treatment should be considered.
