摘要
目的总结不典型肺结核患者胸部X线及CT表现特征。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2011年10月济南市第四人民医院收治的29例不典型肺结核患者胸部X线及CT表现。结果不典型肺结核患者胸部X线及CT表现呈多样性改变,主要表现为软组织肿块状(17.2%,5/29),大片致密影及多发斑片状影(41.4%,12/29),支气管管腔不规则狭窄、管壁不规则增厚(20.7%,6/29),多发结节影(20.7%,6/29)等。结论不典型肺结核患者胸部X线及CT表现缺乏特异性。掌握其胸部X线及CT表现的多样性,结合其临床症状,可提高临床诊断肺结核的准确性。
Objective To investigate the radiological characteristics of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis ,so as to improve the correct diagnosis of the disease. Methods X-ray and CT findings of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis in 29 patients in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Jinan from October 2009 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results X-ray and CT findings of atypical pulmonary may be miscellaneous, mainly for the soft tissue mass-like（ 17.2% ,5/29 ） , large areas of dense shadow and multiple patchy shadow （41.4% , 12/29 ） , irregular bronchial lumen narrow, irregular wall thickening （ 20. 7% , 6/29）, multiple nodules （20. 7%, 6/29） and so on. Conclusion X-ray and CT findings of atypical pulmonary may be miscellaneous, and the radiologist have to be boosted to have all intimate knowledge of these X-ray and CT signs.
