摘要
文章研究的目的是思考探索物流专业毕业生就业的良好策略,促进物流企业吸纳优秀人才和物流专业毕业生充分就业,实现双赢;研究方法是文献参阅和调研分析,了解高校物流专业毕业生就业现状,分析在物流市场需求大量物流人才背景下物流专业毕业生就业难的原因;研究结论是为使高校物流专业毕业生充分对口就业,政府、高校、用人单位和毕业生自身都应作出相应的努力。
The purpose of this study is thinking and exploring good strategies about the logistics graduates employment, to promote logistics enterprises to absorb the talents and logistics graduates＇ full employment, to achieve a win-win situation; Research method is the literatures see and research analysis, understand the employment status of graduates of the college logistics urgently for us, and analyze the reasons for the difficult logistics graduates employment in the context of demanding a large number of logistics personnel in the logistics market; The study concluded that college logistics graduates fully counterparts employment, government, universities, employers and graduates should make their own efforts.
