摘要
本文将金属-有机配位聚合物添加到铅酸蓄电池的电解液中,使其在正极板和负极板里形成具有独特空间网状结构。这种具有独特空间网状结构的金属-有机配位聚合物能够提高负极析氢过电位,降低析气量;能够抑制不可逆硫酸铅的生成,降低电池内阻,提高电池容量保持率;能够改变二氧化铅原有的晶体结构,降低二氧化铅从大颗粒转变为小颗粒的速率,延长电池循环寿命。因此金属-有机配位聚合物添加剂在铅酸蓄电池中的应用有利于提高电池的综合性能。
MOCP additive added into the electrolyte of lead-acid battery formed a mesh structure with unique space in positive and negative plates, which could increase hydrogen evolution over-potential and reduce gas evolution volume, inhibit the formation of irreversible lead sulfate to reduce battery resistance, and improve the capacity retention of lead-acid battery. Through the change of the original PbO2 crystal structure, the rate of PbO2 transformation from large particle to small particle was reduced, so the cycle life of lead-acid battery was prolonged. The application of MOCP additives in lead-acid batteries could improve the comprehensive performance of the lead-acid battery.
