摘要
学位论文审核管理是研究生培养管理的重要环节,是一个参与者多、跨越时间长、需多部门协同的系统工程。通过多年的建设,清华大学学位论文审核和提交全程管理系统已经形成了一套行之有效的业务管理方法和信息系统建设模式,不仅规范了论文管理的过程,保证了数据的准确性、一致性,而且实现了多部门网络协同和信息共享,为学位评定委员会、院系教务管理人员。
Dissertation management is a crucial part of the management of graduate education. It is a systematic project which needs coordination among multiple administrative sections in a long duration. After years of construction, Tsinghua University has set up its full management system on dissertation review and submission with a set of effective management methods and construction modes, which not only standardizes the process of dissertation management, ensures the accuracy and consistency of the data, but also achieves network collabo- ration and information sharing among ministries. This provides convenience for Degree Awarding Committee and its branches, department administrators, faculty and students.
