摘要 75%的成人在一生中都会经历由腰椎间盘退变性疾病(degenerative disc disease,DDD)引发的腰痛[1]。经椎弓根内固定腰椎融合术作为脊柱外科一种成功的治疗方法,通过椎弓根这一生物力学"力核"达到三柱固定,可以提供融合节段的稳定性,在临床得到了广泛的应用,
