摘要
制作投资少、操作简单直观是适合中小企业仓库物料先入先出管理的方法。用代表仓库库架位的流转卡替代物料在目视管理板中状态移动来减少搬运成本,用一种物料设定唯一出入口的流转卡筒的方法实现物料的先入先出,用对流转卡筒上标定卡高度上下限实现库存量监控的管理。
Low cost investment and simple operation is the material FIFO method suitable for medium-sized and small enterprises warehouse. This paper uses flow card standing for warehouse frame position to replace material status movement in the visual management board, and it can reduce loaded cost. Material FIFO is realized by setting flow card tube with only inlet and outlet which contains one kind of material. Inventory monitoring management method is realized by marking upper and lower limit on the flow card tube.
