摘要
"权"是儒家非常核心性的实践概念。汉儒对"权"的理解以"反经合道"为基本方向,以"春秋决狱"为典型形态;而程朱思想对汉儒"反经合道"具有一个重要误解,汉儒"反经合道"之"反"有着"类推""回归"之义,而宋儒仅仅理解为"违反",并以此为由批评汉儒之"权"流于权谋。这个误解背后的实质是宋儒以形而上学立场消解了汉儒强烈的伦理与政治实践意义。
"Adaptability" is an important keyword of Confucianism in practice. Confucians in Han dynasty claimed that "Adaptability" is, by and large, taking "returning to the Principles in the truthful way" as its basic orientation and "adjudicating suits in the line with the spirit of Spring and Autumn" as its typical mode, while there is a great misunderstanding in the thoughts of Cheng Yi and Zhu Xi, which, in fact, the Confucians in Song Dynasty like Cheng Yi and Zhu Xi misunderstood the practical significance of ethics and politics of the Confucians in Han Dynasty.
