摘要 【目的】观察4种蔷薇植物对高温逆境的生理响应特征,为选择耐热种质资源提供参考。【方法】对七姊妹、普通月季、中国无刺野蔷薇和日本无刺野蔷薇4种蔷薇植物进行40℃高温胁迫处理,测定高温条件下各植株叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、游离脯氨酸含量和相对电导率的变化。【结果】高温胁迫24h,日本无刺野蔷薇和七姊妹叶片中的SOD活性比普通月季和中国无刺野蔷薇显著提高;4种供试蔷薇植物叶片的POD活性均比处理前(常温)低。同时日本无刺野蔷薇叶片中的游离脯氨酸累积量最高;高温胁迫48~72h,日本无刺野蔷薇和七姊妹叶片的相对电导率显著小于普通月季和中国无刺野蔷薇,两者耐热性较强。【结论】日本无刺野蔷薇和七姊妹的耐热性较强。 [Objective ] Four different rose plants and their corresponding physiological responses towards high temperature stress were observed and analyzed in this study in order to provide germplam resources for culturing high heat-resistant rose varieties and to provide references for solving high temperature barrier problems. [ Method ] Four rose species, R. multitlora T. var. carnea, R. hybrid, R. multitlora T., and R. multitlora 'Nagasima No.3' , were treated under 40℃ high temperature stress; their corresponding superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, free proline content, and relative electric conductivity changes in plant leaves were determined and analyzed. [Result]After 24 h of high temperature stress treatment, the SOD activities in the leaves of 'Nagasima No.3' and R. multiflora T. vat. camea were significantly higher than those in the leaves of R. hybrid and R. multitlora T. At the same time, the free proline content in 'Nagasima No.3' leaves reached maximum compared to that of the other rose species. After 48-72 h of high temperature stress treatment, the relative electric conductivity changes in the leaves of 'Nagasima No.3' and R. multiflora T. vat. carnea were significant- ly lower than those in the leaves of R. hybrid and R. multitIora T, therefore, 'Nagasima No.3' and R. multitlora T. var. carnea exhibited strong heat-resistance. [Conclusion]The SOD activity, free proline content, and relative electric conductivity changes in plant leaves could determine the heat-resistance in rose plants, which, out of the tested rose varieties, 'Nagasima No.3' and R. multitlora T. var. carnea displayed stronger heat-resistance quality than the other two varieties. This test result could provide theoretical reference for the future selection of heat-resistant rose varieties.
