摘要
脱碳塔设备直径较大,运输困难,采用分段预制、运输、现场安装的方案可减少现场安装工作量,提高压力容器的制造安装质量。文章结合工程实例,从预制深度、绘制排板图、筒体预制、变径段制造、椭圆封头制造、热处理、焊接、无损检测等介绍了该设备的制造过程。
Decarbonizing tower has a big diameter and its transportation is difficult.The construction scheme of segmented pre-manufacture and transportation then site assembly can reduce site installation workload and raise manufacture and installation quality.Combining with an engineering example,this paper introduces the manufacture course of the decarbonizing tower with regard to pre-manufacture depth,plate layout drawing,pre-manufacture of cylinder,manufacture of tapered segment and elliptical head,heat treatment,welding and nondestructive test.
