摘要
以农村社区营建绿色道路环境为目的,尝试将减慢车流速度作为改善交通及安全状况的措施,提出借鉴国外先进的"交通稳静化"理念和措施,改善和提升道路空间的安全、顺畅和生态等性能,有利于农村土地的集约利用和地域特色的历史延续。
With constructing greening roads environment for rural community as the objective,a measure of slowing down traffic speed was put forward to improve transport safety status.Referring to advanced idea of traffic calming at abroad,the safety,smooth and ecology of the road system could be improved and perfected,which is beneficial for rural land intensive use and historical continuity of geographical features.
