摘要
辅导员队伍是加强和改进高职院校思想政治教育的重要力量。在国家大力建设示范性高职院校的背景下,如何有效开展高职学生的思想政治教育工作成为当前具有鲜明时代意义的课题。以国家级示范性高等职业院校——天津电子信息职业技术学院为例,分析当前辅导员队伍建设面临的困境,研究"双师型"辅导员队伍建设的内涵和方式,并提出相应的对策和措施。
