高职“订单式”人才培养模式麦当劳化的危害及其应对措施

摘要 当前,高职院校"订单式"人才培养模式麦当劳化现象日益凸显,给职业教育事业带来了相当大的危害,主要表现在:导致"快餐文化"职业人,影响校企合作的人才培养质量,导致缺乏个性和创造的职业人等。针对"订单式"人才培养模式麦当劳化的危害,高职院校的应对措施在于以培养合格公民为目标,制定和完善校企合作专项审核指标,发展院校、企业、学生之间的多项选择关系,建立职前、职后一脉相承的灵活评价体系。 At present, the "order" talent training mode in higher vocational colleges has a tendency of McDonaldization, bringing about "fast food culture" professionals in lack of individuality and creativity. Higher vocational colleges should take measures to establish and perfect the school-enterprise cooperation, develop multiple choice relationships between colleges, enterprises and students, and establish a pre-service and in-service flexible evaluation system, thus cultivating qualified students.
