摘要
α谱分析是同位素稀释法测量α放射性核素的关键步骤之一。文章讨论了当锔源中存在241Am和大量非放射性杂质时,采用"指数拟合法"与"平均值法",求242Cm、244Cm核素放射性比值的方法;认为采用"平均值法"结果可靠,且给出的不确定度可以满足测量要求。
It has been generally accepted that alpha spectrum analysis is a key process for detection of alpha de- cay radionuclide by isotope dilution method. The work presented in the paper focuses on exponential fitting and average counting for calculating the ratio of 242 Cm to 244 Cm when a large number of TM Am and other non - radio- active impurity are present. The results show that average counting is more reliable. Furthermore, the uncer- tainty of average counting reaches the demand of detection.
