摘要
探讨了我国大学生体育志愿活动动机的状况,针对性地提出大学生体育志愿活动动机的激励策略:高度重视并支持大学生体育志愿活动,加强对大学生体育志愿活动参与的价值引导,注重大学生体育志愿活动培训的质量,重视对大学生体育志愿活动的绩效评价和加强体育志愿活动的宣传引导。
the paper probes into the present college students＇ sports volunteer activities motivation situation, puts forward college students＇sports volunteer activities motivation incentive strategy： attach great importance to and support student sports volunteer activities, to strengthen college students sports volunteer activities in the value guidance, pay attention to college students＇sports volunteer activity training quality, emphasis on college students＇sports volunteer activities of the performance evaluation and strengthen the sports volunteer activities propaganda guidance.
