MDCK细胞在流感病毒单克隆抗体鉴定中的应用

摘要 目的尝试应用MDCK细胞鉴定流感病毒单抗。方法以制备的流感病毒单克隆抗体做一抗,对感染流感病毒的MDCK细胞进行免疫荧光检测。结果与阴性对照细胞相比,感染病毒的MDCK细胞呈现出明显的绿色荧光。结论 MDCK细胞可以用于流感病毒单克隆抗体的鉴定,具有较好的适用性。 The study aimed to characterize influenza virus monoclonal antibody (mAb) by Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells. The monoclonal antibodies against influenza virus were prepared as the first antibody to detect the MDCK cells infected by H1N1 influenza virus with immunofluorescence assay (IFA). The MDCK cells infected with H1N1 influenza virus exhibited green fluorescence compared with the negative control ceils. From the results we can conclude that MDCK cells could be used for characterization of the influenza virus monoclonal antibody and have better applicability.
