摘要 为避免钻井过程中出现井漏、井涌、压差卡钻等井下故障,尤其是解决窄密度窗口地层钻进过程中出现的又涌又漏的技术难题,在深入研究国内外现有控压钻井技术的基础上,研制了三参数自动控压钻井系统。该系统根据U形管原理,在钻井过程中不断检测套压、立压和流量等钻井参数,并利用节流阀自动控制系统对各参数做到了组合控制、无缝隙转换控制。利用全尺寸模拟井对三参数自动控压钻井系统进行了模拟试验,结果表明:立压或套压控制时,整个控制过程平稳,没有出现超调、震荡和发散问题,控制误差≤0.2MPa;在发生溢流和漏失时,流量的监测灵敏,控制及时,溢流和漏失总量小于800L就得以完全控制。试验证明,采用套压、立压和流量3种参数作为控制目标的控压钻井技术,弥补了单纯利用套压控制的不足,提供了更为全面的控压钻井解决方案。 In order to solve the problems including circulation loss, well kick, differential pressure sticking,especially simultaneous kick and loss in narrow density window formation, encountered in the process of conventional drilling related to wellbore pressure, three-parameter automatic pressure control drilling system has been developed on the basis of studying the current technologies at home and abroad. According to the U tube principle, the system gathers drilling parameters including casing pressure, drillpipe pressure and flow rate, etc, and controls these parameters jointly by choke valve automatic con- trol, realizing seamless control shift, the field experiment was carried out in full-scale simulated well. Dur- ing the control of drillpipe pressure or casing pressure, the entire control process was steady, no overshoot, oscillation and divergence occurred,and pressure control error was no more than 0. 2 MPa. In the case of kick and loss of circulation, sensitive flow monitoring and timely control can restrict the volume of overflow and leakage to less than 800 liters total. The test results show the pressure control technique of taking casing pressure,drillpipe pressure and flow rate as control target overcomes the shortage in casing pressure control drilling,offering a better solution for pressure control drilling.
