摘要 介绍某公司10.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置减压炉的设计技术方案,包括设计参数、炉膛布置、炉管布置、空气预热系统。减压炉设计采用水平管、双辐射炉膛、单排单面辐射箱式炉。空气预热系统采用双鼓风机+一台引风机;采用燃料-空气环保型比例控制技术和炼厂低温位热源预热燃烧空气技术。该常减压加热炉设计采用美国UOP工艺包,对10.0 Mt/a炼油装置减压炉设计具有指导意义。 In this article, the design technical scheme of vacuum heater used in 10 Mt/annual atmospheric and low pressure distillation plant was introduced, including, design parameters, radiant-box layout, radiant section tube layout and air preheat system layout. In the design of vacuum heater, two radiant-boxes with horizontal tube and single row single face radiation section were used. And in air preheater, two blowers plus one inducing machine were used. Then, fuel-air ratio control technique, which is meet the requirements of environmental protection, and low temperature heat source with preheating combustion technique were applied. In fact, UOP process package from USA is used in the design of atmospheric and low pressure heater, which is the guide to design of the same heaters used in oil refining plants.
