摘要
目的:比较临床技能培训中心脱产和非脱产培训方式在外科住院医师腹腔镜技能模拟训练中的效果。方法:对无腹腔镜手术经验的外科轮转住院医师进行腹腔镜技能培训。内容包括理论授课和拾物训练、递线训练、剪切训练、缝合训练。脱产培训组连续培训3d,每天4h;非脱产培训组培训2周,不限定时间。结果:总成绩脱产培训组明显高于非脱产培训组(P=0.002)。结论:临床技能培训中心进行腹腔镜技能脱产培训更有利于初学者掌握腹腔镜基本操作技术。
Objective: To evaluate results of surgical resident laparoscopic skills aitrm]alion training in off-job and in-service training method in clinical skills training center. Methods: Laparoscopic skills simulation training was undertaken on surgical residents with none laparoscopic op- eration experience. Various training modules included basic theory and clipping training, diversionary training, shearing training and suture training. The off-job group training time lasted three days continuously, four hours a day; the in-service group training for two weeks, in free time. Results: The total score of off-job training group was obviously higher than that of in-service training group(p = 0.002. ) Conclusion: La- paruscopic skills simulation off-job training is conducive to master laparoscopic techniques for the young surgeons.
