摘要
采用不同浓度NaCl水溶液对小麦种子进行处理,研究NaCl胁迫对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在0~100mmol/L-1范围内,随NaCl浓度的增加,小麦种子的发芽势和发芽率呈上升趋势,超过100mmol/L-1时,随NaCl浓度的增加,小麦种子的发芽势和发芽率呈下降趋势,推测适量的低盐浓度对小麦种子萌发有促进作用,盐浓度过高对小麦种子萌发有抑制作用;在0~250mmol/L-1范围内,随着NaCl浓度的增加,小麦种子萌发后的幼苗长、苗重及简易活力指数均下降,幼苗生长受到抑制,且随浓度增加抑制作用明显增强.
Different concentrations of NaCl solution were used for wheat seeds and distilled water solution were contrast. Germination rate of wheat seeds, fresh weight of wheat seedlings etc. were measured. The result was showed: As NaCl concentration increased within 0 - 100mmol/L^-1 germination vigor and germination rate of wheat were increased; In excess of 100mmol/L^-1 , germination vigor and germination rate of wheat were decreased. It was surmised that lower salt concentration had positive effects on germination and high concentration had negative effects on germination; As NaCl concentration increased within 0 - 250mmol/L^-1, the negative effects on the seed germination increased obviously.
