摘要
利用瑞士Mettler Toledo公司生产的TGA/DSC1热重分析仪研究了Fe2O3加入榆林煤热解的失重过程.采用DAEM模型对Fe2O3掺入煤样热解动力学参数进行计算和分析.结果表明,DAEM模型能描述自低温到高温的非等温热解的全过程,对煤样升温速率的变化有很宽范围的适应性.其计算结果表明,Fe2O3掺入后的煤热解反应的活化能分布相较于没有掺入的煤样活化能有所降低,说明了Fe2O3的掺入对煤热解反应具有促进作用.
The pyrolysis-related weight loss process of Yulin coal mixed with Fe2O3 was studied using TGA/DSC1 produced by Switzerland Mettler Toledo Company. Kinetic parameters of coal pyrolysis mixed with Fe2 O3 were calculated with DAEM (distributed activation energy model). The results show that the DAEM model can be used to describe a whole process of a non-isothermal pyrolysis from a low temperature to a high one and enjoys a broad adaptability to the change of heating rate. The DAEM model results show that the activation energy of coal pyrolysis mixed with Fe2O3 is lower than that without Fe2O3 , which indi cates that the coal pyrolysis reaction proceeds more easily when mixed with Fe2O3 .
