摘要
目的通过小鼠试验,研究铁锌钙氨基酸白蛋白口服液对机体免疫功能的影响。方法运用淋巴器官/体重比值测定、半数溶血值测定、抗体生成细胞检测、碳廓清实验、ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验、NK细胞活性测定、迟发变态反应实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力实验,进行各项免疫指标的测定。结果给予小鼠不同剂量的铁锌钙氨基酸白蛋白口服液30d后,各剂量组体重增长与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小鼠的足跖肿胀度,各剂量组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各剂量组碳廓清功能,高剂量与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗体生成细胞数及小鼠半数溶血值高剂量组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性,中、高剂量组与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验研究结果证实铁锌钙氨基酸白蛋白口服液具有增强免疫功能的作用。
Objective To research the influence of Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Amino Acid and Albumin Oral Liquid on immune function through test. Method Determine all immune indexes through lymphoid organ/body weight ratio determination, HC50 determination, antibody forming ceils detection, carbon clearance test, lymphocyte transformation test of ConA induced mice, NK cell activity determination, tardive allergic reaction test, and phagocytosing chicken erythrocyte ability test of murine peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis. Results After given different doses of Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Amino Acid and Albumin Oral Liquid for 30 days, the difference of weight growth between each dose group and control group kad no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ), so did the vola pedis swelling ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . The difference of carbon clearance between large dosage group and neg- ative control group had significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05), so did the number of antibody producing cells and the value of half hemolytic ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The difference of NK cell viability between middle and high dose groups and negative control group had significant difference (P 〈 0. 05) Conclusions The results results suggested that Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Amino Acid and Albumin Oral Liquid could enhance immunity function.
