摘要
盟誓是佤族传统文化的重要组成部分之一,在祭祀、复仇、征战、联盟、议和等各种宗教、政治、社会活动中佤族无不进行盟誓。对佤族而言,盟誓可以"与神相约"获得心理慰籍,增强民族凝聚力,促进民族团结;同时也是解决矛盾纠纷,规范和约束人们思想行为的重要手段,是一种原始的制度性法文化。
The oath of alliance is a very important part of Wa people＇ s traditional culture, they will make a oath of alliance in all kinds of religious ,political and social activities. For Wa people, the oath of alliance can acquire soul comfort, strengthen national cohesion and stick national equality by making a pledge with God. The oath of alliance is also a significant means of disputing settlement mechanism and restricting code of conduct, it is one of the originality of the primary legal culture.
