Residues and chiral signatures of organochlorine pesticides in seafoods from Zhoushan fishing ground

摘要 研究了舟山渔场海产品中滴滴涕(DDTs)、氯丹(CHLs)和六六六(HCHs)等有机氯农药(OCPs)的残留,来源及对映体分数.结果表明:DDTs,CHLs和HCHs在所有样品中均有检出,质量分数分别为6.00×10-9~431.02×10-9,0.17×10-9~3.94×10-9和0.57×10-9~2.81×10-9.贝壳类对OCPs的蓄积能力远大于虾类和龙头鱼.组分分析结果进一步表明:舟山渔场海产品中HCHs和DDTs以早期残留为主,CHLs则可能有新的污染源输入.另外,本研究测定了手性有机氯农药α-HCH、反式氯丹(TC)、顺式氯丹(CC)、o,p’-DDT和o,p’-DDD的对映体分数.结果显示,在所有海产品中,除o,p’-DDD外,其他四种手性农药均存在明显的对映体过剩.所有样品中的OCPs的质量分数均远低于中国食用卫生标准,计算所得该区域平均每人每日通过食用海产品摄入OCPs的质量水平(EDI)远低于FAO/WHO推荐的每日可摄入量(ADI),说明舟山渔场海产品中OCPs的残留对人体健康的影响较低. Abstract: Residues, source and chiral signatures of three classical organochlorine pesticides (OCPs)-dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs), chlordane (CHLs), and hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs) in five species of seafoods from Zhoushan fishing ground were studied. The concentrations of ~HCHs, ~CHLs and ZDDTs in seafoods ranged from 6.00 X 10-9 ~431.02 X10-9, 0.17X10-9~3.94X10-9 and 0.57X10-9~2.81X10-9, respectively. Moreover, the accumulation ability of all organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in shellfish was much stronger than that in shrimp and bombay duck. The composition profiles indicated that the residues of HCHs and DDTs in these seafoods mainly originated from the history usage of technical OCPs , while CHLs may have new inputs. The enantiomeric fractions (EFs) of ^-HCH, trans-chlorodane (TC), cis-chlorodane (CC), o,p'-DDT, and o,p'-DDD were determined. The results showed that all chiral OCPs but o, p'-DDD have obviously enantiomeric excess. In addition, OCPs residues were far below the edible hygienic criteria in China. The estimated daily intake of OCPs from the seafoods we tested were also below the acceptable daily intake (ADD recommend by FAO/WHO, indicating a little health risk in seafood consumption for local residents.
