摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入和全球经济一体化进程的加速推进,河北省外向型经济的发展环境发生了深刻变化。目前河北省外向型经济对外、对内开放水平都不高,对经济发展造成了不利影响。发展外向型经济是加快河北省与世界经济融合步伐、迅速提升其经济整体素质和竞争实力的重要选择。
With the deepening of reform and opening up,and the acceleration of global economic integration,environment for the development of export-oriented economy in Hebei Province has undergone profound changes.At present,Hebei’s level of opening up to the outside world and to the other provinces is relatively low,which adversely affects the province’s economic development.Developing export-oriented economy is an important choice of the Province which can accelerate integration of Hebei Province with the world economy,and can help upgrade its economic quality and competitive strength rapidly.
