摘要
在考虑到原子作非简谐振动情况下 ,采用变换方法 ,讨论了外力和温度对一维原子链稳定性的影响 ,并对键的激活能作以定量计算。结果表明 :外力将使一维原子的弹性系数变小 ,平衡位置和势能最小值发生变化 ,施加外力和升高温度 ,都会使原子链抗张强度减少 ,键的激活能降低 ,稳定性下降 ;一维Cu原子链的激活能的计算值在 0 3~ 0 .5eV之间。
By using the coordinate transformation method, the paper discusses the influence of external force and temperature on one dimensional crystals with nonharmonic vibration of atoms and calculates the excitation energy. It is shown that the elastic coeffient decreases with increasing external force; the equilibrium position and minimum value of potential are changed by external force; the tensile strength and the excitation energy decrease, and the stability of one dimensioral crystals reduces. With increasing external force and temperature, the obtained va lue of the excitation energy for Cu atoms is between 0.3eV and 0.5eV. [WT5HZ]
