摘要
探讨新形势下医院门急诊药房的工作,要求药师改变观念,改变作风,不断提高自身素质和综合服务能力,以病人为中心,为病人提供与药物相关的优质服务。使患者得到及时、合理、经济的药物治疗,减少药物的不良反应发生,不断提高患者对医院门急诊药房的满意度。
To explore the new situation of the hospital outpatient pharmacy work for the change of the pharmacists concept as well as the style of their work. To constantly improve their own quality and comprehensive service capacity with the pa- tient as the center, providing the patients with drug related quality service so that the patients can receive timely, reason- able, and economic drug therapy, reducing the drug adverse reaction occurence, and constantly improving the patients sat- isfaction on the hospital outpatient pharmacy.
