摘要
制备了表面镀有TiO2薄膜的自清洁陶瓷.利用XRD、AES和原位光催化反应等方法研究了其光催化降解油酸的特性,考察了热处理条件、膜厚度、光照时间和陶瓷表面油酸浓度等光催化膜制备与反应条件对自清洁陶瓷光催化活性的影响.研究结果表明.油酸光降解为动力学一级反应;自清洁陶瓷的光催化活性决定于负载光催化膜的晶相组成、晶粒大小及其比表面积.
Self-cleaning ceramic materials were prepared by coating titania film on ceramic matrix. The photocatalytic behavior of these materials for degradation or oleic acid was studied by using XRD, AES, and in-situ reaction techniques. Effects of preparation and reaction conditions including heating treatment, thickness of photocatalyst film, irradiation time and concentration or oleic acid on photocatalytic activity was examined. The results showed that the photodegradation or oleic acid followed first order kinetic model, and the photocatalytic activities of self-cleaning ceramics were determined by crystal structure, particle size, and specific surface area or the supported photocatalyst film.
