摘要
近年来 ,我国出现了整体工业的规模结构趋向小型化 ,生产集中程度趋向分散化的态势。工业规模的“二元”分化趋势 ,造成 90年代国有企业的经济效益出现大幅度滑坡。本文对这一现象的负面影响以及治理对策进行了分析和探讨。
Recent years in China, the industrial scales tend to be downsizing and the degrees of mass production tend to be diversified. The two trends have made large scaled falls in the revenue of stated owned enterprises in 1990s. This paper discusses this phenomenon, its negative effects and its measures.
