摘要
目的:探讨比较传统护理与四手操作的方法在根管治疗中的作用。方法:100颗根管治疗传统护理与100颗根管治疗四手操作比较,在采用相同方法和程序的根管治疗的基础上,通过比较两组患者治疗的操作时间、操作完成后X线片显示的充填效果及患者的满意度,对两组进行评价。结果:根管治疗四手操作组较传统组操作时间短,充填效果好,患者满意度高。结论:根管治疗四手操作能提高一次性根管治疗的工作效率和治疗成功率。
Objective：To study the traditional root canal retreatment and Four-handed-technique with the trend in the future.Methods：100 traditional root canal retreatment and 100 Four-handed-technique, in which the same methods and procedures of root canal retreatment,and on the basis of two groups of patients,through the comparison of the operati on time,operation treatment after the completion of the X-ray shows filling effect and the satisfaction degree of the patients,evaluatethe two groups.Results：Four-handed-technique group than the traditional group operation short time,filling effectwell,patient satisfactit.Conclusion： Four-handed-technique can improve therootcanal retreatment operation efficiency and treatment success rate.
