摘要
目的:探讨加味佛手散(MFSS)治疗原发性痛经作用机制。方法:采用缩宫素建立大鼠原发性痛经模型,以大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度、频率和活动力及血清中PGF2α,MDA含量及SOD和GSH-PX活性为指标,探讨MFSS治疗原发性痛经的机制。结果:MFSS2.0、4.0g/kg剂量组离体子宫收缩频率明显低于模型组(P<0.05-0.01),收缩幅度高于模型组(P<0.05),活动力低于模型组(P<0.05)。MFSS各剂量组血清中PGF2α和MDA的含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05-0.01),GSH-PX及SOD的活性高于MC组(P<0.05)。结论:MFSS对原发性痛经模型大鼠离体子宫的活动力有明显的抑制作用,其作用机制与降低血清中PGF2α的含量和提高GSH-PX及SOD活性有关。
Objective:To explore the effect mechanism of modified foshousan treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:The model rat of primary dysmenorrhea was established by peritoneal injection of oxytocin. The contractive amplitude and frequency of isolated uterus were observed, and the activity of uterine smooth muscle was calculated. The contents of PGF2ct, MDA and the activity of GSH-PX and SOD in blood serum were determined. Resnits:In 2.0g/kg, 4.0g/kg of MFSS groups,the contractive frequency of isolated uterus was lower and contractive amplitude was higher than that of model group (P 〈 0. 05). The uterine muscle activity ( contractive frequency x contractive amplitude) of isolated uterus was lower than that of model group (P 〈0. 05 ). The contents of PGF2α and MDA in all doses of MFSS groups were lower than that of model group. The GSH-PX and SOD activity in MFSS group were higher than that of MC group. Conclusion : MFSS can obviously inhibit the activity of isolate uterus of primary dysmenorrhea and its effect mechanism is related to the decrease of PGF2α and increase of GSH-PX and SOD activity.
