摘要
通过对超滤和纳虑膜特性的理论分析和实验论证，分别采用超滤和纳虑膜过滤技术处理镀锌线前处理的脱脂废液和漂洗废水，实现零排放是可行的，并设计了在线连续处理和离线周期处理两种方案，同时指出了管理和操作注意事项。
In this paper, the theoretical characteristics and experimental demonstration of nhrafiltration membrane and nano-filtration membrane was been introduced ,the paper present two design proposals which using the ultrafihration membrane and nano-fihration membrane to deal with degreaser and rinse waste water online and offline to achieve zero emissions was feasible, and pointed out the Note of management and operation.
