摘要
一台大型发电机是一个复杂的系统 ,其征兆、病症等诸因素之间没有确定的映射关系。模糊集对中介过渡的事物以恰当的描述 ,把模糊集的概念和方法引入到发电机绝缘故障诊断领域 ,具有多因素诊断和模拟人类思维方法的特点 ,可利用已知的故障特征量去判别发电机绝缘系统的状态并对未来发展趋势作出评价 ,以期从根本上予以排除。发电机的故障大部分是由绝缘损坏引起的短路。本系统以SJY - 1射频监测仪为中心作状态监测和诊断 ,采用二级诊断功能 (一级为射频在线的自动监测和诊断 ,二级为离线的、提问式的交互式诊断 )的专家系统 。
A large generator is an apparatus with complicated system. There are no definite mapping relationships amongst symptoms, causes, effects and faults. A fuzzy set is a class of objects with a continuum of grades of membership. By applying the concept and method of a fuzzy set to a fault diagnosis system of generator's insulation, it has characteristics of multi factor diagnosis and human thought simulation. It may determine states of generator's insulation and reveal the trend of development from known characteristic values of faults in order to remove them. The expert system proposed in this paper has two-grade detection: the first is on-line radio frequency detector and diagnostician by the SJY-1 RF Monitor as the 'central' instrument, and the second is off-line and questionable diagnostician. Therefore it can cover up most of faults of generator's insulation.
