摘要
目的：探讨快速通道外科在骨科中的应用。方法：应用Pubmed、中国知网医学全文期刊等数据库，查阅近年来相关文献，总结快速通道外科在骨科应用中的问题。结果：部分关节手术患者年龄大、手术耐受能力差，而且手术创伤大，快速通道可以有效的解决这些问题。结论：随着快速通道理念的推广，其在骨科中的应用将越来越广泛。
Objective：To explore the application of fast -track surgery in orthopedics surgery. Methotis ：To consult the related literatures in the database of PubMed , Cnki full - text journals. The problems of the application of fast - track surgery in orthopedics surgery were summarized. Results： Part of the joint patients is old, and has poor tolerance of surgery. The trauma of bone and joint surgery is also big. However, the fast - track surgery can solve these problems. Conclusions ： With the promotion of fast - track concept, its application in orthopedics surgery will be more and more widely.
