硬硅钙石晶须外掺增强超轻质硅酸钙材料 被引量:2

摘要 采用外掺增强法,利用硬硅钙石晶须增强超轻质硅酸钙材料.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积测定仪(BET)等手段研究了成型压力、硬硅钙石晶须掺量和长径比等因素对增强体微观结构和物理性能的影响.结果表明,成型压力大,增强体容重大,孔的数量和直径减小,导热系数增大;硬硅钙石晶须掺量为5%时,增强体比强度值最大;硬硅钙石晶须长径比对增强体的容重影响较小,但对增强体抗折、抗压强度影响较大.在制备成型工艺压力0.5MPa,硬硅钙石晶须长径比50~100,掺量5%条件下,制得容重为109kgm-3的超轻增强体制品,其抗折、抗压强度分别为0.37和0.59MPa,导热系数为0.0404Wm-1K-1. The ultra-light calcium silicate material reinforced by adding xonotlite whiskers was prepared in this paper. Effects of different forming pressures, additions and aspect ratios of xonotlite whiskers on the microstructure and physical properties of the complex were studied by using SEM and BET techniques. The results indicated that the bulk density of the complex increased with increase of forming pressure due to the decrease of pore amount and diameter resulting in the increase of the complex thermal conductivity. The maximum strength was obtained when the xonotlite whiskers addition was 5%. The aspect ratios of xonotlite whisker had little impact on the bulk density of the complex, but posed significant effect on the flexural strength and compressive strength of the complex. The complex with the bulk density of 109 kg m^-3, flexural strength of 0.37 MPa, compressive strength of 0.59 MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.0404 W m^-1 K^-1 was successfully prepared under the condition of forming pressure of 0.5 MPa, aspect ratios of xonotlite whisker of 50-100 and addition of 5%.
