摘要
目的对应用自拟健康教育模式对接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者在围手术期内实施护理的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取90例接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。对照组患者在围手术期内实施常规护理;治疗组患者在围手术期内在常规护理基础上实施自拟健康教育。结果治疗组患者手术效果明显优于对照组;住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;围手术期并发症患者人数明显少于对照组。结论应用自拟健康教育模式对接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者在围手术期内实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing for prosthetic replacement for hip joint by personal health education plan forms. Methods 90 patients who underwent prosthetic replacement for hip joint were divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 45 cases. The patients of control group were carried out usual nursing in perioperative period and the patients of treatment group were carried out personal health education on the basis of control group. Results The surgical outcome of treatment group was better than that of control group, the time of hospitalization was shorten, and the number of complications patients in perioperative period were less. Conclusion The clinical effect of perioperative nursing for prosthetic replacement for hip joint by personal health education plan forms is very obvious.
