摘要
目的探讨前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法选取2009年1月～2012年1月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。将60例患者随机分为对照组(甲钴胺)和观察组(前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗)各30例,比较两组的临床症状改善的有效率以及用药的安全性。结果两组患者治疗后的临床症状均得到明显改善,其中观察组治疗后无效3例(10.0%),总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组无效9例(30.0%),总有效率为70.0%(21/30),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入选患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,安全性好,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of Alprostadil and Mecobalam in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012 in the author＇s hospital,60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into control group（Methylcobalamin）and the observation group（Alprostadil and Methylcobalamin combination therapy） in 30 cases,clinical symptoms were compared to improve the efficiency and safety of using medications. Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms improved more significantly,the observation group after treatment 3 cases（10.0%） were Invalid, the total efficiency was 90.0% （27/30）,control group 9 cases were Invalid （30.0%）,The total effective rate was 70.0% （21/30）,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The two groups selected the course of treatment of patients with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Alprostadil a cobalt amine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have good efficacy,and it is safety,good, worthy of promotion and application.
