工会是党与群众联系的纽带和桥梁,而医院工会是医院发展建设的重要组成部分。本文对医院工会开展活动,加强医院文化建设;创建良好学习氛围,提高专业水平;提高医院工会干部素质,强化医院管理能力;增强医院职工的服务意识,提高医院服务水平;创新以人为本的管理模式,突破医院传统管理,进一步探讨医院工会在医院发展建设中的重要作用及影响。
The labor union is the link and bridge of party and crowd,and the hospital union is an important part of the construction of hospital.This text will open an exhibition activity to the hospital labor union and strengthen hospital cultural construction;establish a good study atmosphere,enhance profession level;strengthen staff＇s character of the hospital labor union,enhance the hospital management ability;strengthen the service consciousness of the hospital officers and workers＇,enhance hospital service level;innovate the management style of people-oriented,further study the function and influence of hospital labor union in the construction of hospital.
