摘要
丙种球蛋白是具有抗体活性,并能与相应抗原特异结合的一类球蛋白。本研究综合分析近年来在医学期刊上发表的关于丙种球蛋白临床应用的相关文献,分析其适应证、治疗方法与疗效,认为丙种球蛋白因其抗体活性,含有广谱抗细菌和抗病毒的IgG抗体而被广泛应用于临床。本研究综述丙种球蛋白的临床应用新进展。
Gamma globulin is a kind of globulin which has antibody activity and can combine with the corresponding antigen specifically. This research has a comprehensive analysis of the articles related to clinical application of gamma globulin published in medical journals in recent years. After an analysis of its indication, treatment and efficacy, we concluded that gamma globulin are widely used in clinical because of its antibody activity and IgG antibody with broadspectrum anti-bacterial and anti-viral .This research reviews new progress in the clinical application of gamma globulin
