摘要
目的讨论胰岛素、美西律和参芎葡萄糖注射液综合治疗2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 145例已确诊为2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的患者,在严格调整饮食的前提下,依据每位患者的血糖水平,给予15～25U/d的胰岛素皮下注射,使患者血糖恢复正常,同时给予美西律200mg/次,每日3次,口服,参芎葡萄糖注射液100mL静滴,每日2次,综合治疗1个疗程(4周)。结果用药1个疗程后,治愈128例,占88%,好转14例,占10%,无效3例,占2%,总有效率为98%。肌电图表明治疗后SCV和MCV都比治疗前有显著的提高。结论本疗法安全可靠,有效率高,无明显副作用,值得广泛推广,且价格合理,容易被患者接受。
Objective To discuss the comprehensive treatment method of diabetic peripheral neumpathy. Methods 145 cases of DPN were in a strict diet adjustment,and according to each patient＇s blood glucose levels were given 15-25 U/d of insulin,subcutaneous injection,to make sure each patient＇s blood sugar was normal.At the same time mexiletine was given 200 mg/time,3 times a day,po,and salivae kiltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection was given 100 mL ivdrip,2 times a day,4 weeks as one therapeutic course.The effect was evaluated after two therapeutic course. Results After a course,128 patients were cured and effective rate was 88%,14 patients were improved and improvement rate was 10%,3 patients were invalid and the rate was 2%.Electromyography showed that after treatment SCV and MCV significantly improved than before. Conclusion The curative effect of the comprehensive treatment method on DPN effect is significant, safe and reasonable.
