摘要
目的探讨循证护理在PICC导管感染护理中的应用效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2007年1月~2011年12月期间收治的46例PICC导管感染患者,随机分为对照组23例,观察组23例。对照组给予常规护理治疗,观察组给予循证护理治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,并将疗效结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组在感染痊愈时间和患者满意度上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对PICC导管感染患者进行循证护理治疗,可提高患者的康复速度,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the PICC catheter infections. Methods Selected 46 cases with PICC catheter infections who lived in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011. The patients were divided into control group （23 cases） and observation group （23 cases） randomly . The patients in the control group were treated by conventional nursing, the patients in the observation group were treated by evidence-based nursing. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and statistically analyzed the efficacy results. Results The infection heal time and patients＇ satisfaction of observation group were better than the control group, there had significant difference and statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion It can improve the recovery rate and patients＇ satisfaction that evidence-based nursing in the treatment of PICC catheter infections, it＇s worthy for clinical.
