摘要
采用X-衍射、差热分析、显微镜观察等手段对高掺量金尾矿烧结砖的机理进行了研究,结果表明该金尾矿烧结砖不是玻璃相的液相烧结,其烧结主要是金尾矿中碳酸盐分解产生活性的氧化钙和氧化镁与石英和脱去羟基的伊利石反应生成硅灰石、顽火石、以及透辉石、钙黄长石和钙长石等;这些新的物相在产生过程中相互反应、相互转化,结合在一起,形成一定的强度,并降低了孔隙率,完成烧结过程。
In this paper, firing mechanism of fired brick with high addition of gold deposit tailings is studied by XRD, differential thermal analysis and microscope observation. The results show that the firing mechanism is not mechanism of glass-liquid phase, but new phase which becomes strength in the course of interaction and mutual transformation, and reduces brick porosity in firing.
