摘要
针对交流伺服驱动器智能化与网络化的发展趋势,分析了基于CAN总线的应用层协议DeviceNet的技术特点;采用DSP处理器TMS320F2812和交流伺服控制芯片IRMCK201设计了交流伺服驱动器的控制系统,并提出了利用De-viceNet协议设计伺服驱动器的现场总线接口的方法;完成了DeviceNet现场总线接口的硬件和软件设计。
To meet the development trend for intelligence and networking of servo driver,this paper analyzes the technical features of DeviceNet protocol,the application layer of CAN bus.The control system of AC servo driver is designed by using DSP processor TMS320F2812 and AC serve control chip IRMCK201 based on deep analysis of the DeviceNet protocol.An ap- proach of designing the fieldbus interface for AC servo driver by using DeviceNet protocol is proposed.The hardware and software design of DeviceNet fieldbus interface is completed.
