摘要
采用Mo,W ,Cu合金铸渗灰铁件 ,可以提高其表面的硬度和耐磨性。研究表明 ,灰铁经过铸渗钼、钨、铜合金后 ,在表面形成厚度为 1 5mm的铸渗层 ,再经过短时间的高温加热 ,其扩散层厚度可达 6mm ,表面硬度明显提高 ,耐磨性是未经铸渗处理的 2 0 0 %
The surface hardness and wearability of grey cast iron can be improved by casting integrated with surface alloying with Mo, W and Cu. Testing results show that after the process, a 1 5 mm thick alloyed surface can be obtained . After heating under a high temperature for a short time, the alloyed layer can be thickened to 6 mm. The surface hardness of the material is higher and its wearability is about twice of the original.
