摘要
预应力组合轧辊由辊套与辊轴装配而成;预先施加于辊套的预应力用来平衡在轧制 过程中出现的水平力.在轧辊装配及在抚套上加工V形槽的过程中,不可避免地引起辊套 中预应力的减小,从而削弱预应力的平衡作用;造成轧辊沿 V形槽底部环裂的现象.通过 电测实验搞清了轧辊在轧制过程中的卸力规律,为改进设计提供了理论依据.
Combined rollers with pretressing force sre composed of shafts and sleebes, and the prestressing force imposed on sleeves is for balancing the horizontal force that appears in rolling process. It is obvious that this kind of prestressing force reduces when one processes V-shape groove on sleeves and assemble rollers, which weakens the balancing role of prestressing force. Inthis paper, the law of stress relaxation of rollers is studied by resistance strain gage method, can provide theoretical foundation for improving design.
