摘要
目的探讨综合保温措施对妇科腹腔镜手术患者体温的干预效果。方法选择2011年6月-2011年7月妇科腹腔镜手术患者119例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组58例,对照组61例。观察组采用电子恒温水温箱加温至36～37℃冲洗液冲洗同时加用"十"型系带式胸背及上臂棉护垫,下肢穿棉脚套等综合保温措施,对照组采取常规护理措施,分别记录患者麻醉前、麻醉后1 h体温情况、术中寒颤发生例次。结果观察组麻醉前、麻醉后1 h体温高于对照组,两组体温差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组术中寒颤发生次数少于对照组,两组间术中寒颤发生例次差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取综合保温护理措施,对腹腔镜手术患者术中体温具有保护作用,且稳定生命体征,减少并发症,积极的保温措施可有效维持患者体温恒定。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of comprehensive warm keeping measures on patients undergoing gyne- cological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Total 119 cases undergoing laparoscopic surgery from June to July,2011 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group with 58 cases and control group with 61 cases. In the observation group, the washing fluid was heated to 36 - 37 ℃ by thermostatic water box, the chest, back, upper arm and lower limb of patients were kept warm by comprehensive measures;The control group took routine care. Body temperature and shudder were recorded before anes- thesia 1 hour later. Results The body temperature in observation group before anesthesia and 1 hour after anesthesia was higher than that in control group, but cases with shudder were less. There were significant differences between the two groups in tempera- ture values and cases with shudder（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive warm keeping measures were helpful to main- tain a normal body temperature and ensure stable vital signs in patients undergoing the laparoscopic surgery, and reduce the com- plications. Positive insulation measures could be effective to maintain patients＇ body temperature.
