摘要
目的探讨目标性健康教育对于提高胃部切除手术患者生活质量的效果。方法选取我院收治的86例胃部切除手术患者,随机平分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规教育措施,实验组采取目标性健康教育措施,比较两组患者并发症的发生情况及对护理质量的满意程度。结果实验组患者并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,对护理质量的满意程度也高于对照组,显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对胃部切除手术患者实施目标性健康教育可临床的治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of objective health education used to improve the life quality of patients under going gastrecomy.Method Select 160 ca ses of patients in our hospital,who will be randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The control group takes regular education measures while the exp erimental group takes targeted health education measures.Then compared complications situation and satisfaction to the quality of care between the two groups patie nts.Result The incidence of complications in the experimental group patients was obviously lower than the ones in control group,so is the satisfaction to the quality of care.The different is significant,P0.05,the statistical significance was existing.Conclusion Implementing objective health education to gsstric patients could improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complicationsand,improve the satisfaction of patients.
